DC01 UK Ltd has submitted a planning application (reference 24/1152/OUTEI) for a new state-of-the-art data centre on Land East of South Mimms Services, directly generating hundreds of new jobs and significant investment for both the local community and national economy. The proposals will also deliver a new Technology and Innovation Hub to provide training and apprenticeship opportunities as well as upgrades and improvements to local bus, pedestrian, and cycling infrastructure.
